This unsurprisingly popular spot is perched atop the Terence Conran-designed Boundary Project, which also contains a boutique hotel, a restaurant (Boundary), a café (Albion) and a deli.
The alfresco rooftop retreat in the heart of Shoreditch offers impressive panoramic views of London, with the City skyline at its most dramatic after dark.
In addition to the distinct panorama of East London, Boundary Rooftop’s heated orangery is filled with a variety of Citrus trees including Lemon, Clementine, and Calamondin, as well as Mimosa trees.
And, when the weather is particularly good, the space is doubled and provides an unrivalled location in the form of a garden.
The all-day menu offers fuits de mer, chargrilled steaks, fish and bar finger food – all with a touch of influence from la Méditerranée.
During the winter season, the menu also includes raclette, baked Vacherin Mont d’Or and Fondue Savoyarde.
A warming selection of hot cocktails add to the experience and invite to get snug around the open-pit fireplace in the winter garden. Boundary hotel guest enjoy priority access.
The rooftop takes group bookings of up to 35 seated or 70 standing for dinner or drinks parties in the heated orangery.
It is also possible to reserve the entire rooftop space for private and exclusive events for a maximum capacity of 90 for a drinks party and 50 for a seated event.
